I’m Patricia Nicolau.

I’ve spent years working in and around emerging markets, often close to the ground - listening to people building things, fixing things, and navigating complex realities that rarely make the headlines.

Feet on the Ground grew out of a simple conviction: there are stories from the ground that don’t travel far, and we all lose something when they don’t.

This podcast is my way of listening more carefully, learning out loud, and creating a space for voices that are rarely heard, from people who are actually doing the work.

I am not here to explain the world but to help the wisdom of others to be shared - so we can learn from it, together.
